Take Me Out to the Ball Game on a Charter Bus

Just a few weeks ago baseball season began. We’re in full swing, no pun intended of course. Even though the Mets are in a bit of a slump, which may last the entire season, they’ll hopefully find their groove. Whether you’re a Met fan or prefer those pinstripes, you can take a charter bus into the city and head to one of the games. For the Mets, you’ll need to venture into Queens to Citi Field and for the Yankees, take the subway up to the Bronx. Both teams have new stadiums to enjoy, chock full of hot dogs and crackerjacks and tasty restaurants.

Don’t have a team jersey or hat? Visit their awesome gift shops and pick up some souvenirs. A baseball game is great for people of all ages and it’s the American pastime, so why not take the entire family? If you’re going to a day game, just remember the baseball cap, sunglasses, and lots of sunscreen. Checking out a night game? You’ll stay nice and cool but don’t forget the light jacket. If you’re looking for cheap seats, it doesn’t get any cheaper than the bleachers. However, they tend to be uncomfortable, but you can find special cushions to ease the pain.

Just remember it’s 1, 2, 3 strikes you’re out at the old ball game!
